Standardised Deep Cleans
All first‑time cleans are now booked as a mandatory Deep Clean. This sets a consistent baseline so every home we look after starts from the same high standard, and stays that way.

Once everything has been deep cleaned, your follow‑up visits are faster, more efficient and easier to keep on top of week to week.
After your initial Deep Clean, you're free to switch to General, Fortnightly or Weekly cleans to suit your routine.

Everything Provided — Nothing for You to Lift a Finger For
We bring everything we need to every visit, so you don't have to worry about supplying a thing. That includes fresh, freshly laundered cloths and mop heads for every clean (no cross‑contamination between homes), all our own professional cleaning products, vacuums, steamers and specialist tools. We use trusted, effective products as standard, and we're happy to use eco‑friendly or fragrance‑free options on request — just let us know if anyone in the home has sensitivities, pets or allergies.

How Booking Works
50% Deposit
A 50% non refundable deposit is required for your first clean. This secures your booking and covers preparation costs.
Monthly Scheduling
We operate on a monthly scheduling system. Please give early notice for any changes to keep your slot secured.

Cancellation Policy
- •48+ hours notice: 50% charge applies
- •Less than 24 hours notice: 100% charge applies
Arrival
- •If we cannot access the property, full payment is still required
